  • Monica Huseby is a breathwork facilitator and clean beauty practitioner whose work is rooted in lived experience, resilience, and embodied healing.

After living with chronic pain for nearly 18 years, Monica found herself searching for more than temporary relief. The physical discomfort eventually led her to explore the connection between the nervous system, emotional stress, and the body’s stored patterns. It was through breathwork that she experienced a profound shift, not only physically, but mentally and spiritually.

Intentional breathing became more than a technique; it became a pathway back to safety within her own body. Through consistent practice, she began to regulate her nervous system, release stored tension, and cultivate a deeper trust in her body rather than feeling at war with it.

What began as personal healing evolved into a calling to guide others.

Today, Monica facilitates grounded, accessible breathwork sessions that support nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and inner clarity. Her approach is compassionate and steady — creating space for individuals to reconnect with their bodies without force or performance.

In addition to breathwork, Monica brings over a decade of experience in clean beauty and skincare. Her philosophy is simple: when we feel aligned internally, our outward expression naturally softens and becomes more authentic. Rather than using beauty to mask or alter, she teaches it as a form of intentional self-expression, an extension of how we feel inside.

By bridging breath, body awareness, and conscious self-care, Monica offers experiences that support both internal healing and outward embodiment.
